Location: Hemel Hempstead (This is an office-based role where the candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30; 1 hour for lunch. Total working hours: 37.5 hours

Company operates Flexible Working Times; arrive anytime from 8:30 – 10:00 and finish any time after 16:00

Salary: Dependent on Experience

The Role:

Responsibilities will Include:

– Managing the company’s outsourced regulatory team & function which are based remotely in India. This includes:

– Reviewing documentation

– Managing deadlines and prioritising the team’s work

– Dealing with any urgent issues that arise.

– Ensuring the team is working efficiently and work is being completed to the company’s expected standard.

– Managing LDC’s contract manufacturing sites. This includes (alongside the company’s regulatory team):

– Managing Regulatory Compliance Files (RCFs)

– Managing product SKUs

– Managing Change Controls

– Managing the products artwork set up and approval

– Manging the company’s internal growing Medical Team. This includes:

– Weekly one to ones to keep up to date with the work ongoing and to provide feedback

– Help to manage and prioritise work load

– Provide support and guidance to the team on a daily base

– Managing two of the company’s biggest commercial accounts

– Managing the company’s trademarks and ensure renewals and applications are completed when needed

Requirements:

– Either a science or business degree

– Senior management experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry

– Minimum of 5 years people-management experience

– Team player with commercial mindset, aiming for business growth.

– Strong problem-solving and action orientated approach

– Adaptability and change management skills

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Excellent business acumen with innovative approach to projects

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

– Proficiency in Office Applications and strong IT skills

– Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular base

– High driven and fun-loving attitude

– Highly self-motivated, proactive with an exceptional positive attitude

– Highly organised with attention to detail
